We want you to be happy with your order.

Every Next Week Club product is made to order. Because of that, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or preference.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the full item
• A close-up photo showing the issue
• A brief description of what went wrong

Fourthwall will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please report visible quality or fulfilment issues within 30 days of receiving your order.

SIZING

Our t-shirts use a regular unisex fit.

Choose your usual size for a standard fit, or size up for a more relaxed fit.

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Because every item is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges where the wrong size was selected.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You may be able to change or cancel your order before it enters production.

Use the edit or cancellation link in your order confirmation email as soon as possible.

Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Where applicable, these may be collected at checkout or charged by local authorities when the order arrives. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT METHODS
